Subject to shareholder approval, CROPS Inc. will be acquiring the Winston Lake Zinc Project from Superior Lake Resources Limited. The project is located approximately 200km's east of Thunder Bay in the province of Ontario, Canada covers 175km² and consists of two deposits - Winston Lake and Pick Lake.
